What are the pricing options available?
Our one-hour price includes a single 60 minute appointment, which is ideal to try out our service, or if you aren’t ready to commit to a membership. Our membership option gives you unlimited 30 minute calls with our Tech Helpers, so you can rely on us for regular fixes and education!
What happens after I make the purchase?
After you pay, we will email you with instructions on how to set up your first appointment. One of our dedicated Tech Helpers will then call you and help you with anything you need! If you need detailed support on your phone, laptop, or with other tech, our Tech Helper will instruct you on installing a well-known app called ‘Anydesk’, which will allow them to see what is on your screen and even direct a pointer to where you need to click or enter information, to get the job done!
Can I change or cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your membership any time before it renews. We will send you an email reminder 20 days before the membership will be renewed, so you can decide if you want to continue with the service. We hope you feel it’s valuable and continue with us!
What payment methods do you accept?
